Sara Martin

CEO & President · Golden, Colorado

Born and raised in Golden, Colorado, where she continues to reside with her husband and three children. With over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, primarily in physician offices and hospital settings, Sara developed a passion for healthcare administration and behavioral health revenue cycle management. In 2019, she turned that passion into purpose by founding Martin Billing Solutions with a dedicated focus on supporting behavioral health providers through specialized billing and coding services. Outside of work, Sara enjoys hiking, boating, and paddle boarding with family and friends.

Nicole Nilsen

Nicole became part of the Martin Billing Solutions team in 2020 after more than 11 years in the telecommunications field and earning her CPC certification to pursue a new career in behavioral health billing. She takes pride in helping agencies better understand the billing process while providing hands-on support and maintaining open communication with every client. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys fishing, riding ATVs, and relaxing outdoors with her husband, two children, and a good sunset.

Alyssa Melton

Since joining Martin Billing Solutions in 2021, Alyssa has been committed to helping simplify the billing process for clients through efficient service and strong customer support. Her positive, goal-driven approach helps create a smoother experience for every provider she works with. When she's not supporting the MBS team, she enjoys painting and spending quality time with her husband, daughter, and their two dogs.
